We Value Employee Input
Each fall, the ERCB conducts an employee satisfaction survey where employees are asked to provide feedback on a number of areas including work environment, employee engagement, employee/leader relationships, learning opportunities, and work-life balance – just to name a few! Results are used to identify areas for improvement on a group, branch, or organization basis. These areas include making the ERCB a better place to work in order to retain and attract staff, reporting on measures for corporate achievement, and further developing and measuring progress on current ERCB people initiatives.
To learn more about working at the ERCB, please contact Human Resources at 1-866-217-8333 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
