An ERCB hearing is a formal and quasi-judicial proceeding in which a Board panel hears evidence and rules on whether a proposed licence should be approved.

Information about some ERCB hearings can be accessed fully from the Proceeding Search of the ERCB website. Other ERCB hearings are not accessible on the website and cannot be accessed using the Proceeding Search. To learn about a specific hearing the Notice of Hearing  provides information about how to obtain more information or a copy of the application.

View/ Search Proceedings – allows access to the search service that the public can use to view details about ERCB proceedings, including registered participants and schedules. Users can view and download submissions related to the application and proceeding from this site. Proceedings will be active and documentation will be available on the system for 30 days after the last application on a proceeding has been decided.
