Tour Reports are now available in PDF format. All orders must be submitted using the Tour Request Order Form on the left. Starting August 10 2011, access to the original documents will no longer be allowed and the  photocopy service for Tour Reports will be discontinued.

All orders placed through Information Services should include the following information:

• company name, address, postal code and telephone number
• personal name as authorized
• publication title, number, year and number of copies required

Walk-in and phone orders: Payments may be made in cash or charged to VISA, MasterCard, Debit card, or ERCB Account number (which needs to be quoted with order placement).
Fax and email orders : Please do not include credit card information. A customer service representative will contact you to take payment after your order is received.

Additional Information
Order processing time is estimated to be 3 to 5 business days after receipt and verification that an order contains all of the necessary information (proper "Product Name" and additional information identified in the "Product Request By" instruction as specified in Guide 1). Incomplete orders will not be placed into the queue until such time as they are deemed complete. All orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis, regardless of the submission process (counter, fax, email, and phone). Please be aware that complex orders may take longer to complete.
