Therefore Take Notice that the EUB will hold a public hearing of Application No. 1299749 at the Ramada Hotel & Suites, 2375 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, Alberta commencing on Tuesday, December 2, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. All interveners to this proceeding must be present at the commencement of the hearing to register their appearance.
Nature of Application No. 1299749
NAL Resources Limited (NAL) submitted an application in accordance with Part 4 of the Pipeline Act for a permit to construct and operate two 88.9mm salt water pipelines totalling 0.80 km in length. The purpose is to transport produced water from an injection satellite pump at 6-32-14-18 W4M to injection wells located at 2-32-14-18W4M (2-32 well) and 7-32-14-18W4
(7-32 well). Specifically, the pipeline to the 2-32 well would replace a corroded pipeline and the pipeline to the 7-32 well is required as the 7-32 well is a newly converted injector.
