The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1322956 at the EUB Hearing Room, 12th Floor, 10055 106 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, June 15, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been informed by the parties involved that the issues that were to be considered at the hearing have been resolved. On that basis the EUB has cancelled the hearing.
Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1322956 to commence on June 15, 2004, is hereby cancelled.
