AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING APPLICATION NO. 1415532 PRIMEWEST GAS CORP. CLEAR HILLS FIELD
Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB/Board) will hold a public hearing of Application No. 1415532 at the offices of the EUB, 640 - 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, February 28, 2006, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. All interveners to this proceeding must be present at the commencement of the hearing to register their appearance.
Nature of the Application PrimeWest Gas Corp. applied
- under section 48(1) of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act (OGCA) for an order declaring Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) as a common carrier of gas from the Clear Hills Charlie Lake D Pool (the D Pool), through a pipeline extending from Legal Subdivision 6 of Section 11, Township 88, Range 11, West of the 6th Meridian (LSD 6-11-88-11 W6M) (the 6-11 tie in) to the CNRL gas plant located in LSD 16-11-88-13 W6M (the CNRL gas plant);
- under section 53(1) of the OCGA for an order declaring CNRL as a common processor of gas from the D Pool through the CNRL gas plant;
- under section 48(4)(a) of the OGCA for the EUB to designate the 6-11 tie in location as the point at which the common carrier shall take delivery of the gas to be transported under the common carrier order;
- under sections 48(4)(b) and 53(5)(a) of the OCGA for the EUB to direct the proportion of production to be taken by the common carrier and common processor from each producer or owner in the subject pool; and
- under section 56 of the OCGA for the above noted orders to be effective as of the date of the application, August 23, 2005.

January 31, 2006 - Final date for submissions by any parties having concerns respecting any of the applications.
February 13, 2006 - Final date for any response from the applicant to the submissions filed by concerned parties.

Notes Any submission filed shall contain the following:
(a) a concise statement indicating
(i) the manner in which the intervener's rights may be directly and adversely affected by a decision of the Board on the proceeding,
(ii) the nature and scope of the intervener's intended participation,
(iii) the disposition of the proceeding that the intervener advocates, if any,
(iv) the facts the intervener proposes to show in evidence,
(v) the reasons why the intervener believes the Board should decide in the manner that the intervener advocates, and
(vi) the intervener's efforts, if any, to resolve issues associated with the proceeding directly with the applicant;
(b) the name, address in Alberta, telephone number, fax number and, if available, e-mail address of the intervener;
(c) if the intervener is represented by a representative, the name, address in Alberta, telephone number, fax number and, if available, e-mail address of the representative;

If you have an interest in this matter, you are required to make a submission with respect to this application even if you have previously filed a submission with the Board or with the applicant.
If there are no submissions received, this hearing may be cancelled and the EUB will continue to process the application without further notice or without a hearing.
In accordance with Section 38 of the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board Rules of Practice, witnesses must give evidence under oath or affirmation.
Submissions relating exclusively to compensation for land usage are not dealt with by the EUB but may be referred to the Alberta Surface Rights Board.
Any statements filed regarding this application become part of the public record and are accessible by the public.
