NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF HEARING

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1430630 at the Lodgepole Multiuse Complex, 4501 – 52 Avenue, Lodgepole, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday June 6, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. The EUB has received notification by the participants who previously submitted responses to the Notice of Hearing and who were deemed to have standing that they were withdrawing their objection. As there has been no other party who made representation to the Board to be heard at the hearing for the above mentioned application by filing a submission to the EUB in accordance with the Notice of Hearing, this hearing has been cancelled.  

Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1430630 to commence on Tuesday June 6, 2006 is hereby cancelled.
