The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) had scheduled a public hearing commencing on Tuesday, March 11, 2008, to consider Burlington Resources Canada (Hunter) Ltd.’s (Burlington) Application No. 1515707. The ERCB received a joint hearing adjournment request on Thursday, February 14, 2008, from Burlington and the sole intervening party and granted a hearing adjournment on Wednesday, February 20, 2008.

The Board received a request from Burlington on Tuesday, May 20, 2008, to discontinue the hearing adjournment and cancel the hearing. The Board has considered Burlington’s request and the comments provided by the sole intervening party and has determined that the hearing should be cancelled.

Therefore, Take Notice that the hearing to consider Application No. 1515707 is hereby cancelled.
