The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB/Board) had scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1569724 and 1612056 at Provident Place, 4944 – 53 Street, Redwater, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. The ERCB has been advised that the intervener has withdrawn its objection to pipeline Application No. 1569724 and that Newalta Corporation has withdrawn Application No. 1612056.
