DIRECTIVE 039: REVISED PROGRAM TO REDUCE BENZENE EMISSIONS FROM GLYCOL DEHYDRATORS
The requirements in Directive 039 take effect on January 1, 2007, allowing licensees time to come into compliance.
In addition to the detailed requirements, the directive includes an EUB compliance inspection and enforcement component. It also provides both EUB and AENV contact information for directing questions or comments related to the directive.
