Directive 056: Energy Development Application and Schedules Corrections

On June 16, 2008, the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) released Bulletin 2008-25: New Edition of Directive 056: Energy Development Application and Schedules Issued, announcing that Directive 056 had been updated and reissued with an effective date of June 30, 2008.

Subsequent to the release of the directive, several errors were noted and have been corrected:

• In Section 5 a requirement was inadvertently deleted; it has been reinserted as requirement 19 and all subsequent requirements in Section 5 have been renumbered accordingly.
• Table 5.6 included a reference to audit material for Section 5.10.6.12 that does not exist; it has therefore been removed from the table.
• Section 6.9.26 should have been worded similarly to Sections 5.9.16; this has been corrected.
• The table of contents for Directive 056 has been updated to reflect resulting page number changes in Sections 5 and 6.
