On December 22, Terry Abel, Executive Manager of the ERCB's Oil Sands Branch, appeared on the Dave Rutherford CHQR AM 770 live radio talk show. Terry and Dave discussed oil sands regulation in Alberta and the ERCB's conditional approval of the final two tailings plans submitted under Directive 074: Tailings Performance Criteria and Requirements for Oil Sands Mining Schemes.
