The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No.1347899 at the Best Western Hotel, 10115-88th Avenue, Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, June 7, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised by the interveners that they have reached an agreement with BA Energy Inc. and have withdrawn their objections to the application.
Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1347899 to commence on Tuesday, June 7, 2005 is hereby cancelled.
