NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF HEARING

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1505682 at the Lakeview Inn and Suites, 101115 – 88 Avenue, Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, commencing on November 6, 2007, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised that an agreement was reached between the applicant and the interveners on November 2, 2007 that includes the interveners removing their objections to the application, and that a signed withdrawal of objection to Application No. 1505682 is forthcoming.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1505682 to commence on Tuesday, November 6, 2007, is hereby cancelled.
