The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1464585 at the Quality Inn & Conference Centre, 11201 - 100 Avenue, Grande Prairie, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, November 8, 2006, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The Board received a signed withdrawal of objection from the only intervening party on October 11, 2006. 

Therefore, Take Notice that the public hearing of 1464585 to commence on Wednesday, November 8, 2006, is hereby cancelled.
