The Aberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1457276 and 1467817 at The Walking Eagle Inn, 4819 – 45th Street, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. By letter dated November 16, 2006, the EUB postponed the hearing pending the submission of required information. On January 5, 2007 the Board was advised by Gladius Energy Inc. that it is withdrawing these applications.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1457276 and 1467817 is hereby cancelled.
