NOTICE OF HEARING
APPLICATIONS NO. 1481043, 1481044 AND 1481045
ADVANTAGE OIL & GAS LTD.

Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB/Board) will hold a public hearing of Applications No. 1481043, 1481044 and 1481045 at the Wildwood and District Family Recreation Complex, 5530 - 50 Street, Wildwood, Alberta, commencing on Thursday, June 7, 2007, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. All interveners to this proceeding must be present at the commencement of the hearing to register their appearance.
Nature of the Applications
Advantage Oil & Gas Ltd. (Advantage) has applied pursuant to Section 7.001 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations (OGCR) for authorization to operate one existing sour multiwell oil battery in Legal Subdivision (LSD) 5 of Section 13, Township 53, Range 10, West of the 5th Meridian (Application No. 1481043). Advantage has also applied pursuant to Section 7.001 of the OGCR for authorization to operate two existing sour oil satellites in LSD 16-11-53-10W5M (Application No. 1481044) and LSD 3-12-53-10W5M (Application No. 1481045). The hydrogen sulphide concentration in the inlet gas stream of the proposed facilities would be 0.75mol/kmol (0.075 per cent). The proposed battery and satellites are located approximately 8.6 kilometres southwest of Wildwood.

Any submission filed shall contain the following:

If there are no submissions received, this hearing may be cancelled and the EUB will continue to process the applications without further notice or without a hearing.
Submissions relating exclusively to compensation for land usage are not dealt with by the EUB but may be referred to the Alberta Surface Rights Board.
In accordance with Section 12 of the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board Rules of Practice, all documents filed in respect of this proceeding must be placed on the public record unless otherwise ordered by the Board.
In accordance with Section 23.1 of the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board Rules of Practice, a person who intends to raise a question of constitutional law before the Board must give notice in accordance with Section 12 of the Administrative Procedures and Jurisdiction Act and its regulation.
In accordance with Section 38 of the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board Rules of Practice, witnesses must give evidence under oath or affirmation.
