The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Proceeding No. 1482011 to be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 235 - 3 Street W, Brooks, Alberta, commencing on Friday March 9, 2007 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised that the request for a review and variance of the well licenses has been withdrawn.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Proceeding No. 1482011 to commence on Friday March 9, 2007 is hereby cancelled.
