The following summarized changes have been made to the ERCB Persistent Noncompliance Criteria by Compliance Category listing for 2009.

• Public Safety Group,
  Emergency Planning & Assessment Section
  • Addition of the General ERP Requirements Compliance Category
  • Addition of the Technical ERP Requirements Compliance Category

Any questions/comments regarding the persistent criteria for a specific Compliance Category should be directed to the respective ERCB group. Feedback that is provided may influence updates to the persistence criteria for the following year.
