ERCB Responds to W-FIVE ‘Fueling Fears’ Story
The February 7, 2009 edition of W-FIVE included a story entitled ‘Fueling Fears.’ The segment was so incomplete and misleading in its information that it amounted to a completely inaccurate portrayal of the ERCB and the way it regulates oil and gas development. The ERCB was compelled to respond.
