Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) will hold a public hearing of Application No. 1314350 at the Executive Royal Inn, Lancaster Room, 8450 Sparrow Drive, Leduc, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at the hour of 1:00 p.m. All interveners to this proceeding must be present at the commencement of the hearing to register their appearance.
Nature of the Application
Rife Resources Ltd. (Rife) submitted an application in accordance with Part 4 of the Pipeline Act for approval to construct and operate a pipeline for the purpose of transporting natural gas from an existing well in Legal Subdivision (LSD) 10, Section 2, Township 49, Range 23, West of the 4th Meridian to a pipeline tie in point at LSD 6-3-49-23W4M. The proposed pipeline would be approximately 2.00 kilometres (km) in length with a maximum outside diameter of 114.3 millimetres (mm) and would transport natural gas with a maximum hydrogen sulphide (H2S) content of 4.0 moles per kilomole (0.4 per cent). The proposed pipeline would be located approximately 17 km southeast of Leduc.

Notes
Any submission filed shall contain information detailing:
- the desired disposition of the application;
- the facts substantiating the position of the submitter;
- the reasons why the submitter believes the EUB should decide in the manner advocated; and
- how the proposed project, if approved, may directly and adversely affect the submitter.
