Take Notice that Examiners appointed by the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1314637 at the Lacombe Memorial Centre, 5214 50th Avenue, Lacombe, Alberta, commencing on Monday, April 19, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised that the intervenors to the proposed pipeline have provided their consent to the project.
Further Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1314637 to commence on Monday, April 19, 2004, is cancelled.
