The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1361743 (formerly 1350202) at the Harbour Lights Room in the Westwind Motor Inn, 4225 50 Street, Drayton Valley, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, November 23, 2004, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The parties involved have informed the EUB the issues that were to be considered at the hearing have been resolved. In addition, no submissions were received by the November 9, 2004 deadline.
