Nature of the Application
Canadian Crude Separators Energy Services (CCS), pursuant to section 15.212 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, EUB Interim Directive 96-3, and EUB Guide 58: Oilfield Waste Management Requirements for the Upstream Petroleum Industry, has applied to the EUB for approval to operate an oilfield waste management facility for the purpose of oilfield waste processing located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 18, Range 13, West of the 4th Meridian.
