NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF HEARING

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1302928 and 1327929 at the Greenway Inn, 5401 Highway 2A, Lacombe, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, June 2, 2004, at 9:00 am. The EUB received a request to reschedule the public hearing to a later date in order to allow the applicant to file related well and pipeline license applications. The EUB has granted the request and will reschedule the hearing when it has confirmed that the new applications are complete.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1302928 and 1327929 to commence on June 2, 2004, is hereby postponed until further notice.
