Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB/Board) will hold a public hearing of Application No. 1345578 in the Main Hall of the Lakedell Agricultural Society, located south of Highway No. 13 on Lakedell Road, and south of the Village at Pigeon Lake, in the County of Wetaskiwin, Alberta. The hearing will commence on Wednesday, September 15, 2004 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. All interveners to this proceeding must be present at the commencement of the hearing to register their appearance.
Nature of the Application
EnCana Corporation (EnCana) has applied pursuant to Part 4 of the Pipeline Act for a licence to construct and operate a pipeline to transport natural gas containing 0.0 moles per kilomole (mol/kmol) or 0.0 per cent hydrogen sulphide (H2S) from a well located at LSD 02-33-45-2 W5M to tie-in to an existing pipeline located at LSD 06-28-45-2 W5M. The proposed pipeline would be approximately 1.4 kilometres (km) in length with a maximum outside diameter of 88.90 millimetres. The proposed pipeline would be located approximately 30 km north of the Town of Rimbey.
