NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF HEARING

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1454960 at the Westlock Inn, 10411 – 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, August 29, 2006, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The parties have reached an agreement such that Cyre Seed Farms Ltd. has withdrawn its objection.  The EUB has also been advised that due to application changes, the applicant is withdrawing the application and will reapply at a later date.     

Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1454960 to commence on August 29, 2006, is hereby cancelled.
