The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) rescheduled a public hearing regarding Proceeding No. 460731 at the 5 Calgary Downtown Suites, 618 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on Thursday, March 1, 2007, at the hour of 9:00 am. In response to a request from Mr. Matheson and Mr. Bourgeois, the EUB has granted an adjournment of this hearing, to be reviewed for potential rescheduling no later than April 16, 2007.

Therefore, Take Notice that the public hearing of Proceeding No. 1460731 to commence on Thursday, March 1, 2007 has been adjourned. The Board will consider the rescheduling of this matter on or after April 16, 2007.
