Enhancements to ST102: Facility List

The Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) ST102: Facility List is a complete list of batteries, gas plants, meter stations, and other facilities in the province. The list has been upgraded to include additional information frequently requested by customers, such as operator name and facility subtype description. It is in two parts: Part A—List of New and Active Facilities, and Part B—List of Other Facilities. These files are posted on the ERCB Web site www.ercb.ca under Publications in both TXT and PDF format and are generated daily.

ST102 has been revised to enhance the data reported to serve our customers more efficiently and effectively.

Changes to ST102
Data in ST102 are displayed in columns, with a row indicating the Facility ID referenced. Additional information columns have been added for each Facility ID.

  • EDCT (Energy Development Category Type): identifies the energy development type the facility is currently licensed as.
  • EDCT Description: in accordance with Table 5.1 and Table 7.1 of Directive 056: Energy Development Application and Schedules, the category type of a facility is dependent on the hydrogen sulphide and sulphur content of the inlet gas stream.

Cosmetic enhancements have been made in ST102 to make the report easier to understand.

  • The **** End of Report *** line indicates the last page of the report. There are no following blank pages or header information.
  • A heading line with the report name and creation date appears at the top of the report.
  • The report consists of two parts. The titles have been amended to clarify that reporting facilities appear on these lists:

- Part A—List of New and Active Reporting Facilities
- Part B—List of Other Reporting Facilities

  • The heading Facility Licence # has been changed to read Licence Number, as many of the licences listed are well licences, not facility licences.
  • A table of EDCT Code Short and Full Descriptions has been added at the end of the report.

Totals have been added at the end of the report to display a count of each Facility Type appearing in the report.

  • Totals are generated at the bottom of the report. The total represents a summary of the number of batteries, compressor stations, custom treating facilities, gas plants, gas gathering systems, injection facilities, meter stations, oil sands facilities, pipelines, refineries, terminals, waste plants, and water sources in the report.
