The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Proceeding No. 1527088 at the Quality Hotel and Conference Centre, 11201 - 100th Avenue, Grande Prairie, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised by Talisman that it is voluntarily surrendering Well Licence No. 0374802 which was to have been considered at the hearing.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Proceeding No. 1527088 to commence on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 is hereby cancelled.
