Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) had postponed the public hearing of Application No. 1480505 as outlined in the Notice of Postponement of Hearing issued on Thursday, April 5, 2007.
Therefore, Take Notice that the EUB will hold a public hearing of Application No. 1480505 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25, 210 - 2 Avenue W, Hanna, Alberta, commencing on Thursday, May 24, 2007, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. All interveners to this proceeding must be present at the commencement of the hearing to register their appearance.
Nature of the Application
Centrica Canada Limited submitted an application in accordance with Section 7.001 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations requesting approval to construct and operate a multi-well gas battery in Legal Subdivision (LSD) 6, Section 15, Township 31, Range 16, West of the 4th Meridian. Equipment at the site would consist of an inlet separator, gas compressor, gas coolers and fuel gas knock-out pot. The purpose of the facility would be to separate and measure production from an existing gas well in LSD 6-15-31-16W4M and six other gas wells connected by pipeline to the facility.
The proposed facility would be located approximately 12.3 kilometers northeast of Delia.

Centrica Canada Limited's submission with respect to hearing of Application No.1480505 shall be filed by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2007. Any other person intending to make a submission with respect to the hearing of Application No. 1480505 shall file by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2007. Notes
Any submission filed shall contain the following:
(a) a concise statement indicating
(i) the manner in which the intervener's rights may be directly and adversely affected by a decision of the Board on the proceeding,
(ii) the nature and scope of the intervener's intended participation,
(iii) the disposition of the proceeding that the intervener advocates, if any,
(iv) the facts the intervener proposes to show in evidence,
(v) the reasons why the intervener believes the Board should decide in the manner that the intervener advocates, and

Submissions relating exclusively to compensation for land usage are not dealt with by the EUB but may be referred to the Alberta Surface Rights Board.
In accordance with Section 12 of the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board Rules of Practice, all documents filed in respect of this proceeding must be placed on the public record unless otherwise ordered by the Board.
In accordance with Section 23.1 of the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board Rules of Practice, a person who intends to raise a question of constitutional law before the Board must give notice in accordance with Section 12 of the Administrative Procedures and Jurisdiction Act and its regulation.
In accordance with Section 38 of the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board Rules of Practice, witnesses must give evidence under oath or affirmation.
