The Liability Management Rating (LMR) reflect the results of a comparison of a licensee's "Deemed Assets" in both the ERCB's Licensee Liability Rating (LLR) and Large Facility Liability Management (LFP) programs to their Deemed Liabilities in these two programs.

This ratio is based on information reported to the ERCB and the calculation of Deemed Assets and Deemed Liability as specified in Directive 006: Licensee Liability Rating (LLR) Program and Licence Transfer Process and Directive 024: Large Facility Liability Management Program.

- Licensees should be aware that Oilfield Waste Liability (OWL) systems development is ongoing and as such, a manual process will be utilized until such time as systems development is complete. Please note that until systems development is complete, LMR information posted on ERCB's website will be based solely on asset and liability information contained in the LLR and LFP Programs. Corporate LMR with the inclusion of OWL will not be available.
