| As per Bulletin 2011-31 Collection and Enforcement of Outstanding Oil and Gas Analysis Data the list of outstanding fluid analyses is now available:
Outstanding Legacy Oil and Gas Analysis List
Note: This is the last time the legacy list will be posted. As of June 1, 2012, these requirements will be identified on the Outstanding Initial Well Testing Requirements list.
The list has been updated to reflect all outstanding analyses as of May 18, 2012.
TIP: As per Bulletin 2011-31 and Sections 11.070 and 11.120 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations and Sections 3.5 and 4.8 of Directive 040: Pressure and Deliverability Testing Oil and Gas Wells, licensees are required to submit outstanding oil and gas analysis data to the ERCB. With January 31, 2012 being the submission deadline, an updated list of outstanding oil and gas analysis is now posted.
The ERCB Well Test team has received a large number of extension/exemption requests and submission related inquiries. We are working through your requests/inquiries and appreciate your patience. Requests for extensions/exemptions and inquiries that have been submitted, but to which the ERCB has not yet responded, will not result in a missed deadline.
As you continue to submit the required outstanding analyses, please note the following:
1) A large number of analyses have been submitted using the incorrect naming convention and will not be accepted. As per the letter that accompanied the commencement of this project, the correct naming convention for PDF files is:
- Gas Analysis Files: FA_G,00_01-02-085-08W6_0
- Oil Analysis Files: FA_0,AA_10-25-061-04W4_0
FA_G or FA_0 shall be followed by the UWI for the submitted test.
2) Submissions exceeding 10 pdf files must be provided on a CD-ROM, clearly labeled as D-040 Oil and Gas Analysis, to the address below. The number of submissions on the CD must also be included on the label.
