The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1250512 to commence on Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at the Sawridge Hotel, located at 530 Mackenzie Boulevard, Fort McMurray, Alberta. The submission which had resulted in the scheduling of the hearing has been withdrawn. The Board does not believe that the other submissions filed warrant the holding of a public hearing respecting the application. Processing of the application as filed will continue without a hearing and without further notice being issued.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1250512 to commence on March 25, 2003, is hereby cancelled.
