The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1451992 and 1462172 at the Cottonwood Hall, located on the corner of Range Road 30 and Cottonwood Road, 13 miles west of Innisfail, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, October 24, 2006, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. The Board received a request from Intrepid Energy Corporation to adjourn the hearing and the Board agreed to grant the request.

Therefore, Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1451992 and 1462172 scheduled to commence on Tuesday, October 24, 2006, is hereby adjourned.
