NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF HEARING
APPLICATIONS NO. 1458441 & 1461435

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB/Board) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1458441 and 1461435 at the Lodgepole Multi-Use Complex, 4501 – 52 Avenue, Lodgepole, Alberta, commencing on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. Three intervening parties have filed submissions for this hearing with the EUB in advance of the filing deadline. Two of those intervening parties have confirmed to the EUB their withdrawal of objection to Highpine’s applications. The remaining intervening party who filed a submission has advised the EUB that they will not be participating in the scheduled hearing.

Therefore, take Notice that the public hearing of Applications Nos. 1458441 and 1461435 to commence on Thursday, February 8, 2007 is hereby cancelled.
