Take Notice that the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB/Board) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1320488 and 1329127 at the Cochrane Ranche House at 261100 Range Road 42 in Cochrane, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. Prior to issuing its Notice of Hearing, the Board determined that a number of parties who had filed objections to the Shell Canada Limited (Shell) applications had standing pursuant to section 26 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act and could trigger a hearing. All of those parties have now withdrawn their objections.
Further Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1320488 and 1329127 to commence on Tuesday, September 14, 2004 is cancelled.
