The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1388043 at the Hanna and District Community Center, 503 4 Street West, Hanna, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, August 17, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB is in receipt of a withdrawal of objection from the intervening party who, pursuant to section 26 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act, triggered the hearing.
Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1388043 to commence on Wednesday, August 17, 2005, is hereby cancelled.
