The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1393859 at the Strathmore Civic Center, 120 Brent Blvd, Alberta, commencing on July 20, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB is in receipt of a withdrawal of objection from the intervening party who, pursuant to section 40 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act, triggered the hearing.
Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1393859 to commence on July 20, 2005, is hereby cancelled.
