NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF HEARING

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Applications No. 1457326, 1454774, 1457974 and 1459891 at the Heritage Inn Pincher Creek, 919 Waterton Avenue, Highway 6, Pincher Creek, Alberta commencing on Tuesday December 5, 2006 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised that an agreement has been reached and the interveners have withdrawn their objections to the above noted applications.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Applications No. 1457326, 1454774, 1457974 and 1459891 to commence on Tuesday December 5, 2006 is hereby cancelled.
