The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing regarding Proceeding No. 1460731 at Govier Hall at the EUB Head Office, 640 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on Tuesday, December 12, 2006, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised that the parties have agreed to an adjournment, to be reviewed for potential rescheduling no later than January 15, 2007.

Therefore, Take Notice that the public hearing of Proceeding No. 1460731 to commence on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 may be rescheduled. The Board will consider the rescheduling of this matter on or after January 15, 2007.
