The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1522494 at the Nanton Community Hall located at 2204-18 Street, Nanton, Alberta, commencing on November 14, 2007, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised by the applicant that it has withdrawn the application.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No.1522494 to commence on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 is hereby cancelled.

In accordance with Section 12 of the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board Rules of Practice, all documents filed in respect of this proceeding must be placed on the public record unless otherwise ordered by the Board, subject to the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act.
