Purpose of Rosters
The purpose of these rosters is to provide any party in dispute with a source of qualified and experienced service providers and mediators. Parties in dispute may use these rosters or any other source, such as the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society (AAMS) directory. The listed mediators and service providers are based in various locations in Alberta. They applied to be included in the rosters because of their interest in resolving energy industry disputes.

Duties Service providers deliver logistic, convening, and administrative services and assist in preparing for collaborative discussions. They have business agreements with numerous mediators and other ADR professionals and are able to assist in selecting a mediator. Mediators are independent third parties who manage the mediation process.
Credentials
- demonstrated experience and expertise in ADR system design management and case building,
- professional references supporting their ability to manage the ADR design
- an acceptable database, performance measurement, and reporting system.
