Nature of the Application
CCS Inc., pursuant to section 15.212 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, EUB Interim Directive 96-3, and EUB Guide 58: Oilfield Waste Management Requirements for the Upstream Petroleum Industry, has applied to amend its oilfield waste management facility Approval No. WM 057 to add a class II oilfield landfill area located at SE-5-111-05 W6M. The oilfield landfill area will consist of a landfill cell with a maximum capacity of 68 000 m3.
