Nature of the Application
Western Symbiotics Limited (Western Symbiotics), pursuant to section 15.212 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, EUB Interim Directive (ID) 96-3, and EUB Guide 58: Oilfield Waste Management Requirements for the Upstream Petroleum Industry, has applied to the EUB for approval to operate an oilfield waste management facility for the purpose of oilfield waste processing located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 22, Range 21, West of the 4th Meridian.
