The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Application No. 1366860 at the Red Deer Lodge, 4311 49th Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta, commencing on Thursday, June 9, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB is in receipt of a withdrawal of objection from the intervening party who, pursuant to section 26 of the Energy Resources Conservation Act, triggered the hearing.
Take Notice that the public hearing of Application No. 1366860 to commence on Thursday, June 9, 2005 is hereby cancelled.
