The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Proceeding No. 1417158 at the EUB Head Office, 640 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, November 30, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised by the applicant that it is withdrawing the application for a Section 40 Phase Two Review and Variance related to a multiwell battery at LSD16-29-48-9W5.
Take notice that the public hearing of Proceeding No. 1417158 to commence on Wednesday November 30, 2005 is hereby cancelled.
