NOTICE OF CANCELLED HEARING

The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Proceeding No. 1417169, and Applications No.1393518 and 1401251 at the EUB Head Office, 640 – 5 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday, November 30, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised by the applicant that it is withdrawing the application for a Section 40 Phase Two Review and Variance related to a multiwell battery at LSD16-29-48-9W5 and withdrawing their objections to the proposed battery expansion.
Take notice that the public hearing of Proceeding No. 1417169, and Applications No. 1393518 and 1401251 to commence on Wednesday November 30, 2005 is hereby cancelled.
