The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Proceeding No. 1450223 at the Rimbey Community Centre, 5109 – 54 Street, Rimbey, Alberta, commencing on Wednesday July 5, 2006 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. The EUB has been advised that an agreement has been reached and the review applicant has withdrawn the request for Section 40 Phase Two Review and Variance related to Well Licences No. 340912, 340935, 340936, 340985 and 341163.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Proceeding No. 1450223 to commence on Wednesday July 5, 2006 is hereby cancelled.
