The Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) scheduled a public hearing of Proceedings No. 1454558 & 1454563 at the Holiday Inn Red Deer, Red Deer, Alberta, commencing on Thursday May 18, 2006, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. The parties have reached an agreement such that the City of Red Deer has withdrawn its objections and request for review.

Take Notice that the public hearing of Proceedings No. 1454558 & 1454563 scheduled to commence on Thursday, May 18, 2006 is hereby cancelled.
